Jacques Duval has experienced first-hand how much a willing heart can accomplish. From being a helping hand on the field, project management, and preconstruction to web development, graphic and media production, sales and business development, Jacques has played a part in learning the flooring business while helping to develop solutions for the various departments of the business for its success. Today, these experiences and skills have positioned him to serve as the Managing Director at Focus Flooring, where he is fortunate to lead and partner with a committed team of like-minded people. He serves as an effective conduit connecting the field to the office while helping the teams accomplish the goals that are set. Believing that having a humble and willing heart is the key to success in business and in life, Jacques is just as committed to achieving great things for his community through service. When not in the office, at job sites, or serving the community, Jacques enjoys spending time with his wife, “The Amazing” Claire, and five kids: Grace, Tessa, David, Faith, and Daniel.
