Suit Up & Show Up Leadership Retreat

The event is designed to teach participants valuable life skills in the business world while also giving them the proper clothing to help them on their journey. Participants will gain experience in the business world from individual speakers and group panelists. These panelists also help participants set goals that will lead them to a more successful life.

The Suit-Up & Show-Up event will start off with a keynote speaker, presenting a speech to inspire participants to lead a successful life. Then, breakout sessions focused on goal setting, personal responsibility, and leadership development will follow. Lunch is provided, and during this time, a question-and-answer panel discussion will take place. The event will finish with participants receiving a business suit, tailored to each young man.
